Kimball Midwest in Kannapolis, NC is hiring a Sales Representative in a hybrid role. You will engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and generate sales revenue while leveraging an uncapped commission structure.

You will cultivate relationships in your designated territory, conduct cold calls, plan weekly routes, maintain product knowledge of American-made lines, and report your progress as you strive to meet and exceed sales goals with supported training.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel to customer and associate locations within designated territory.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call on potential customers in the territory to grow a book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Efficiently plans week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate our products to potential customers to show the value and quality of our products.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas by following our company's proven sales programs and processes learned in our training workshops.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities by inputting information into our systems.
