Qualifications

• Ability to travel within the territory to customer locations and meetings.

• Execution of an Employment Agreement or revised exhibit(s).

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call on potential customers to grow a book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products to show value and quality.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas through our sales programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activity in our systems and report cost-savings to customers.
