Qualifications

• Travel within designated territory to meet customers and attend meetings.
• Compliance with BYOD policy and insurance coverage requirements.
• Signature of Employment Agreement and any revised exhibits.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: actively reach out to potential customers to grow the book.
• Planning & Priority Setting: plan weekly routes and prioritize growth.
• Product Knowledge: demonstrate products and highlight value, emphasizing American-made focus.
• Achieve Sales Goals: meet or exceed quotas through programs and training.
• Reporting: maintain daily sales activity records in company systems.
