Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative to engage with existing and prospective customers across our Ohio territory, promote our broad product lines, and drive revenue in a hybrid work arrangement.

You will cultivate relationships, prospect new business, plan weekly routes, demonstrate our high‑quality American‑made products, and diligently report activities to support quota attainment and company growth.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call on potential customers in the territory to grow a book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Efficiently plans week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate our products to potential customers to show the value and quality of our products.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas by following our company's proven sales programs and processes learned in our training workshops.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities by inputting information into our systems.
