• Must be able to move within assigned geographic area and meet insurance coverage minimums.

• Execution of Employment Agreement and any amended exhibits provided for review.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the designated territory to understand business needs and opportunities.
• Effectively cold call on potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Plan week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Demonstrate products to show value, highlighting American-made offerings.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas by following established sales programs and processes.
• Maintain accurate daily sales activity records and report cost-savings to customers.
