Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations products, is seeking a Sales Representative for a Hybrid role. You will engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and drive revenue in your designated territory.

The position offers uncapped commissions and a first-year plan ranging from $55,000 to $95,000, plus medical, dental, life, disability insurance, a 401k and a deferred compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to move to and from customer and meeting locations within territory.
• Compliance with BYOD policy and use of personal device as required.
• Employment Agreement and any exhibits reviewed before signing.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong customer relationships in territory and identify opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Grow the book of business by reaching potential customers.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly routes and prioritize growth opportunities.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products and emphasize value and US-made quality.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas through company programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in our systems.
