Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative for a hybrid role in your territory. You will engage with existing and prospective customers, promote our American-made maintenance, repair and operations products, and help drive growth.

The position offers uncapped commissions with first-year earnings projected between $55,000 and $95,000, plus a broad benefits package including medical, dental, life and 401k. You must be able to travel as needed within the assigned area.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel within territory and meet insurance coverage minimums.
• BYOD device compliant.
• Execution of Employment Agreement prior to signing.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the designated territory to understand their business needs and identify opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Grow a book of business by actively engaging potential customers in the territory.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly activities to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products to show value and quality; emphasize American-made products.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas via company programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and cost-savings communications with customers.
