We have grown from $1 million in sales in 1983 to more than $500 million today. Kimball Midwest seeks a Sales Representative (Hybrid) to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and generate sales revenue with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel within the assigned geographic area for customer meetings.
• BYOD/compliant device usage.
• Signed Employment Agreement required.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management with customers in the designated territory.
• Effectively cold call on potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Plan weekly routes to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Demonstrate products and communicate value to customers.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas via training programs and processes.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activity in company systems.
