Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative for a hybrid role. You will engage with existing and prospective customers, promote our products and services, and drive revenue by applying our training and processes across the field.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel within assigned geographic area to meet customers and attend meetings as required.
• BYOD policy compliance for personal electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call on potential customers to grow a book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly activities to prioritize customer visits and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products to show value and quality.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas through company programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
