Job summary

Kimball Midwest is a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations products. We seek a Sales Representative to engage existing and prospective customers, promote products and services, and generate sales revenue in a hybrid role across a designated territory.

You will build relationships, prospect new clients, plan effectively, and showcase the value of our American-made products, with uncapped commissions and substantial first-year earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Mobility within territory to client sites and meetings with required insurance.
• BYOD policy compliance for device use.
• Execution of an Employment Agreement and related exhibits.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: cultivate strong customer relationships within territory.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: grow the book of business with new customers.
• Planning & Priority Setting: plan weekly routes and prioritize growth.
• Product Knowledge: demonstrate products and communicate value.
• Achieve Sales Goals: meet/exceed quotas via company programs.
• Reporting: maintain accurate daily sales records in systems.
