Job summary

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations products, is seeking a Sales Representative (Hybrid) to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and generate sales revenue. You will nurture relationships, prospect new business, and plan weekly territory activity.

The role includes uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package. We emphasize relationship building, productive travel within the territory, and meeting sales quotas

Qualifications

• Ability to move to and from customer locations within the designated territory while maintaining insurance coverage minimums.
• BYOD policy compliance for the personal device used for work.
• Execution of an Employment Agreement and any revised exhibits prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: cultivate strong relationships with customers in a territory.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: grow a book of business with new customers.
• Planning & Priority Setting: plan weekly to drive territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: demonstrate products and highlight American-made value.
• Achieve Sales Goals: meet or exceed quotas through training programs.
• Reporting: maintain records of daily sales activities and cost-savings reporting.
