Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and generate revenue in a hybrid work setting. The role emphasizes relationship-building, product knowledge, and a data-driven approach to drive sales across the designated territory.

In this position, you will prospect new clients, maintain records, and participate in ongoing training to achieve aggressive growth goals.

Qualificações

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and maintain required insurance.
• Bring-your-own-device (BYOD) compliant device as per policy.
• Ability to sign an Employment Agreement and related exhibits.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the territory to understand needs and identify opportunities.
• Effectively cold call on potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Plan weekly schedule to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Demonstrate products to show value and quality; focus on American-made products.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales quotas through company programs and training.
• Maintain accurate daily records of sales activities in company systems.
