Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and drive revenue in a defined territory. The role supports a hybrid schedule with uncapped commissions and a first-year compensation range of $55,000-$95,000, plus medical, dental, life, disability insurance, 401k and a deferred compensation plan.

The position emphasizes relationship management, cold calling, territory planning and product knowledge, with a goal to exceed sales

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
• Ability to adhere to BYOD policy and company procedures.
• Willingness to sign and abide by Employment Agreement terms.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with customers in the territory to identify needs.
• Prospect new customers; expand the book of business.
• Plan weekly routes and prioritize growth opportunities.
• Demonstrate products and communicate value of American-made offerings.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas using the company sales programs.
• Maintain accurate daily sales activity records in company systems.
