The position offers uncapped commissions with first-year earnings between $55,000 and $95,000, plus medical, dental, life, disability insurance, a 401(k) plan and a deferred compensation option.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel within designated area while maintaining required insurance.
• Bring-your-own-device (BYOD) policy compliant device.
• Execution of Employment Agreement and revised exhibit(s).

Responsibilities

• Relationship management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify opportunities.
• Cold calling & prospecting: Grow book of business by contacting potential customers in the territory.
• Planning & priority setting: Plan week in advance to prioritize customer visits and territory growth.
• Product knowledge: Demonstrate products to show value and quality, with emphasis on American-made offerings.
• Achieve sales goals: Meet or exceed quotas using company programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
