Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative (Hybrid) to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and drive revenue in the assigned territory. This role blends on-site and remote activity, with a focus on building relationships and delivering value through our American-made product lines.

You will travel within the territory, conduct prospecting activities, and follow structured sales programs to hit targets.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel within assigned geographic area with required insurance coverage
• BYOD policy compliance with personal device
• Execution of Employment Agreement per company policy

Responsibilities

• Relationship management: build strong customer relationships in the territory.
• Cold calling & prospecting: grow the book of business with new customers.
• Planning & priority setting: plan weekly routes to drive territory growth.
• Product knowledge: demonstrate products and highlight their value, including American-made offerings.
• Achieve sales goals: meet or exceed quotas through company programs and training.
• Reporting: maintain accurate daily sales activity in company systems.
