The role offers uncapped commissions, a first-year target range of $55,000–$95,000 with salary and bonus, plus mileage and cell phone reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits. Territory travel and in-person meetings are expected.

Qualifications

• The ability to move to and from customer locations within the territory and maintain required insurance coverage.
• Use of personal electronic device in BYOD policy.
• Execution of an Employment Agreement as provided.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the designated territory to understand needs and identify opportunities.
• Effectively cold call on potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Plan week in advance to prioritize stops and territory growth.
• Demonstrate products to show value and quality, emphasizing American-made products.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas following established programs and training.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
