Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative (Hybrid) to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and drive revenue in a designated territory. The role combines field and remote work to support a growing national distributor.

Responsibilities include relationship management, prospecting, planning weekly routes, and presenting product knowledge—emphasizing American-made products. You will work to meet sales quotas and document activities in our systems.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and maintain required insurance.
• Ability to use personal device per BYOD policy.
• Ready to execute an Employment Agreement as provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships within the territory to grow book of business.
• Prospect new customers through cold calls in the territory.
• Plan weekly routes and prioritize territory growth.
• Present product knowledge to customers, highlighting American-made products.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas via training programs.
• Record daily sales activity in company systems and report cost-savings.
