Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative for a hybrid role in our nationwide distribution network. You will engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and generate sales revenue while traveling as needed within the territory.

The position offers uncapped commissions and a structured compensation plan. First-year compensation ranges from $55,000 to $95,000 with full medical, dental, life, disability insurance, 401k, and a deferred compensation plan.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call on potential customers in the territory to grow a book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products to potential customers to show value and quality.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas by following proven sales programs and processes learned in training workshops.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
