Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative for a hybrid role. You will engage with existing and prospective customers, promote maintenance products, and drive revenue growth within your designated territory.

The position combines field activity with office-based planning and reporting. You will demonstrate deep product knowledge, pursue opportunities, and work within the company’s proven sales programs to achieve quotas.

Qualifications

• Ability to move to and from customer and associates' locations within territory while maintaining insurance coverage minimums.
• BYOD policy compliance for personal device use.
• Execution of Employment Agreement as provided.

Responsabilités

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in designated territory.
• Cold call and prospect new customers to grow book of business.
• Plan week ahead to prioritize stops and territory growth.
• Demonstrate products and communicate value of American-made products.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales quotas using company programs and training.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
