Job summary

Kimball Midwest is a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations products seeking a Sales Representative in a hybrid role. You will engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and drive sales within a designated territory.

The position offers uncapped commission earnings, first-year compensation plans, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, life, disability insurance, and a 401k with deferred compensation.

Qualifications

• Ability to move to and from customer and associate locations within territory and maintain required insurance.
• BYOD compliant with company policy.
• Must sign Employment Agreement or revised exhibit(s).

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Actively reach out to potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly activity to prioritize stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products to show value and the focus on American-made products.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas using company sales programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in the systems and report cost-savings to customers.
