We have grown from $1 million in sales in 1983 to more than $500 million today. The Sales Representative (Hybrid) role focuses on engaging with existing and prospective customers, promoting products and services, and generating sales revenue within a defined territory.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel within designated territory as needed.
• BYOD device usage compliant with company policy.
• Able to review and sign Employment Agreement exhibit(s).

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with customers in a designated territory.
• Prospect and cold call to grow a book of business.
• Plan week in advance to prioritize stops and growth.
• Demonstrate products to show value and quality.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas through our training and programs.
• Maintain accurate daily sales records in company systems.
