Job summary

Kimball Midwest in the United States is seeking a Sales Representative (Hybrid) to engage with existing and prospective customers, promoting products and services and generating sales revenue within a designated territory.

Compensation includes uncapped commissions with a first-year plan ranging from $55,000 to $95,000, plus a salary and bonus structure, mileage and cell phone reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, life, disability insurance, 401k, and a deferred

Qualifications

• Ability to move to and from customer locations within the geographic area
• BYOD policy compliance with personal device
• Signed Employment Agreement and/or revised exhibit(s) provided for review

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the territory to understand their business needs and identify opportunities.
• Effectively cold call on potential customers to grow a book of business.
• Plan week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Demonstrate products to show value and quality, with a focus on American-made products.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas by following proven programs and processes learned in training workshops.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
