Job summary

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations products, is seeking a Sales Representative for a hybrid role. You will engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and drive revenue growth within your territory.

This position offers uncapped commissions, a first-year target of $55,000-$95,000, and a benefits package including medical, dental, life, disability, 401k and deferred compensation.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel within the designated territory and maintain required insurance coverage.
• Compliance with Bring-Your-Own-Device (BYOD) policy.
• Read, understand, and sign Employment Agreement exhibits.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively pursue potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly activities to prioritize client visits and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products to customers and communicate value and quality.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas using company programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
