Job summary

Kimball Midwest is expanding its sales team. As a Sales Representative in a hybrid role, you will engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and drive revenue in your territory.

You’ll receive uncapped commissions with first-year compensation between $55,000 and $95,000 plus benefits including health, dental, life, disability insurance and a 401k plan with a deferred compensation option. Equity in growth is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel within the territory and maintain required insurance.
• BYOD policy compliance.
• Execution of Employment Agreement or revised exhibit(s).

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the territory.
• Effectively cold call on potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Plan weeks in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Demonstrate products to show value and quality.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas through established programs and training.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
