Job summary

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations products, seeks a Sales Representative to manage a designated territory and grow our customer base. This hybrid role combines field visits with home-office days to deliver solutions, promote products, and meet sales targets.

You will engage with existing and prospective customers, present our American-made products, and leverage our training programs to double sales over time. Travel within assigned area is required.

Qualifications

• Territory sales experience in B2B environment.
• Strong relationship-building and prospecting skills.
• Willingness to travel within designated area.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with customers in the territory.
• Cold calling & prospecting to grow book of business.
• Plan weekly routes to prioritize stops and territory growth.
• Demonstrate products to show value and quality.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas following training programs.
