FCX Performance, an Applied Industrial Technologies Company, seeks a Sales Manager to lead the Philadelphia/NJ market in a hybrid role. You will manage a team of sales reps and also grow your own account base, driving quotas and strategic plans for revenue growth.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, develop sales strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally with vendors to expand the customer base. A strong flow-control background is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Outside Sales/Account Manager roles in industrial/flow control markets.
• Background in P&L is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a field sales team to achieve quotas and grow revenue.
• Develop and maintain your account base in the Philadelphia/NJ market.
• Set targets, analyze performance metrics, and ensure policy execution.
