Job summary

FCX Performance is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Philadelphia/NJ market in a hybrid role. You will manage a team of sales reps while growing your own account base and delivering quota-attainment.

You will establish targets, develop strategic plans, analyze performance metrics, and ensure policy execution to drive revenue. Strong leadership and field sales experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be substituted.
• Experience in Outside Sales / Account Manager / Territory Manager in industrial or flow control.
• Sales management background and ability to lead diverse teams.
• P&L experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales team and manage a territory across Philadelphia/NJ.
• Develop and maintain an account base while achieving quotas.
