Job summary

FCX Performance, an Applied Industrial Technologies company, seeks a Sales Manager to lead a Northern Wisconsin market in a hybrid role, managing a team while growing a personal account base. You’ll drive productivity, set targets, and align with policy to meet quotas.

You will recruit, train, and mentor reps, develop strategic sales plans, and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve results in a competitive industrial marketplace.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and results-driven.
• Experience in Outside Sales/Account Manager/Territory Manager role within the industrial marketplace.
• Background in Sales Management role preferred; demonstrated ability to manage diverse sales teams.
• Background in P&L is helpful.
• Experience in flow control industry: pumps, instrumentation with valves and valve automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a hybrid sales team in the northern WI market and develop your own account base.
• Establish sales targets, develop strategic plans, and analyze performance metrics.
• Ensure consistent execution of company policies to meet or exceed quotas.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor sales staff, providing coaching to improve performance.
• Create and implement sales strategies, quotas, and goals to expand the customer base in the district.
