Job summary

WM is seeking a Sales Coordinator to assist in administering sales policies and procedures and to provide analytical support for the Sales Manager. The role requires coordinating sales programs and acting as a liaison between Sales and other departments.

The position involves heavy data entry, producing monthly ranking reports, and processing paperwork for sales representatives. Salesforce experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of work experience.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Data entry experience required.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates sales programs and acts as a liaison between Sales and other departments.
• Performs basic clerical and statistical reporting for Sales daily; provides detailed reports on rankings and monitors rankings monthly.
• Conducts heavy data entry and ensures proficiency on various systems and accuracy.
• Reviews system changes and prepares mail campaigns and endorsement agreements for National Account Programs.
• Processes sales rep paperwork and performs various functions for the sales reps.
