Job is seeking a detail-oriented data entry coordinator to assist with backed logged work in Knoxville, TN. Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce or SAP, is preferred.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and pays $17-$20 per hour. Hours are 8:00am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a focus on accurate data management and timely reporting.

Strong organizational skills and accuracy are essential to maintain data integrity and support technical staff as needed.

Qualifications

• CRM experience with Salesforce or SAP.
• Strong data-entry accuracy and organization.
• Familiarity with data archiving and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Insert, update and maintain accurate data in systems and archives.
• Prepare data for computer entry by sorting and verifying information.
• Correct incompatibilities and check output for accuracy.
• Generate reports and store completed work in designated locations.
