Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of experience in a support, operations, or administrative role.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience with cross-functional teams or remote work is a plus.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as Zendesk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and validation for sales requests and docs.
• Support ticket intake, triage, and routing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to complete required documentation.
• Update contract and system data in Salesforce and related tools.
• Maintain accurate audit records and compliance data.
• Escalate exceptions or errors as needed.
