Job summary

The Odom Corporation is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support sales and marketing operations through financial data management, reporting, administrative coordination, and system administration. This role works with the Corporate Sales team to ensure accurate data, timely reports, and efficient cross-functional processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with beverage distribution, consumer packaged goods, or wholesale distribution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, generate, and analyze high-volume data for Local Marketing Fund expenses.
• Conduct expense report analysis using Pivot Payables-Concur.
• GL coding of marketing invoices in Medius.
• Maintain internal sales spreadsheets for accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze data, prepare statistics, and identify key trends.
• Generate sales and marketing documents using RAS, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Support the Chain Sales Team and manage access for external portals.
• Coordinate information across departments to ensure efficient workflow.
• Serve as a resource for sales systems and documentation processes.
