Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting North America is seeking a Sales & Business Development Associate to support our sales and marketing initiatives. You will handle operational tasks, support strategic planning, and report to the Manager, Sales & Business Development, Tax & Accounting North America.

You will help develop marketing materials, organize sales records, and coordinate events like workshops and webinars, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field, or 2+ years of relevant sales/business development experience.
• 1+ years’ experience in a comparable sales/business development or inside/virtual sales role.
• Nice to have: 6+ months experience with software/SaaS or digital products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update marketing and sales materials.
• Execute and monitor lead generation campaigns and analyze results.
• Organize and maintain sales records and customer databases.
• Coordinate sales events, including workshops and webinars, and track their effectiveness.
• Assist in preparation of sales proposals and quotations.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
