Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting North America is seeking a Sales & Business Development Associate to support sales and marketing initiatives. You will help prepare materials, run lead generation campaigns, and maintain accurate customer databases.

This role reports to the Manager, Sales & Business Development, and requires collaboration across teams. This position emphasizes market analysis, event coordination, and proposal support to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field; or 2+ years sales experience.
• 1+ years in a comparable sales/business development or inside/virtual sales role.
• Experience with software/SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update marketing and sales materials, including presentations and brochures.
• Execute and monitor lead generation campaigns and analyze results for improvements.
• Organize and maintain comprehensive sales records and customer databases.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for business growth.
• Coordinate sales events, including workshops and webinars, and track their effectiveness.
