Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting North America is hiring for a Sales & Business Development Associate in a hybrid role based in the United States. You will support sales and marketing initiatives, manage lead generation, and help coordinate events and proposals.

Reporting to the Manager, Sales & Business Development, you will work with cross-functional teams to drive growth. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Finance or 2+ years of relevant sales experience, plus 1+ year in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field or 2+ years relevant sales experience
• 1+ years in a comparable sales/business development or inside/virtual sales role
• 6+ months experience with software/SaaS solutions or other digital products is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and update marketing and sales materials (presentations, brochures)
• Execute and monitor lead generation campaigns and analyze results
• Organize and maintain sales records and customer databases
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities
• Coordinate sales events such as workshops and webinars and track effectiveness
• Assist in preparing sales proposals and quotations
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs
• Provide support to the sales team in prospecting and qualifying leads
• Respond to customer inquiries and support ongoing needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales and marketing efforts
• Other duties as assigned by Manager
