Job summary

Kimball Midwest offers an Account Representative hybrid role in the San Francisco area. You will enter a two-year training program to gain sales experience, product knowledge, and skills needed to advance into a sales representative position.

The compensation package includes a first-year plan ranging from $42,400 to $47,400 plus a bonus structure. We provide medical, dental, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) and deferred compensation plan, plus mileage and cell phone reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel within the designated territory and attend meetings as needed.
• BYOD policy compliance for personal devices used for work.
• Willingness to sign an Employment Agreement and revisions as provided.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the designated territory.
• Effectively cold call on potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Plan weekly routes and priorities to drive territory growth.
• Demonstrate products to show value and quality; emphasize American-made products.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas following established programs and processes.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
