Job summary

AbsenceSoft is hiring a Business Development Representative in Denver. You will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate qualified discovery meetings, and partner with Account Executives to build a strong pipeline in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

The role is based in Denver with in-office presence Monday-Thursday and remote on Fridays, offering growth, equity opportunities, and a performance-based bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years in sales, business development, or lead generation in SaaS or technology environments preferred.
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, LinkedIn).

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach.
• Generate qualified discovery meetings in your territory.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach in the CRM.
• Understand HR and leave management challenges of prospects.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
