Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager in the San Diego area. This full-time, hybrid role involves coordinating treatment plans with physicians, employers, and injured workers to ensure appropriate, cost-effective healthcare and timely return to work.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license with URAC case management certifications and have 2+ years of clinical practice, plus strong communication and independent work skills. Travel is required within assigned geography.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing; URAC-recognized case management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans with physicians/providers, employers, and patients.
• Coordinate in-person appointments and case reviews across geography.
• Advise on work duties with employers to support early return to work.
• Manage workloads, prioritize cases, and provide status updates to customers.
