Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager in the Oceanside, CA area for a full-time, hybrid role with regular local travel for in-person appointments. The position requires an RN license, relevant case management experience, and the ability to coordinate care with clinicians, employers, and patients to return injured workers to work safely.

The role includes a comprehensive benefits package, mileage reimbursement, and on-site training.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• 2+ years clinical practice; workers’ compensation exp preferred.
• Ability to advocate effectively with physicians, employers and customers.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook; strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and competency in case management standards of practice.
• Use advanced knowledge of injuries, medications, and job duties to advise on treatment plans.
• Interview disabled persons to assess recovery and occupational status.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers to tailor treatment plans for individuals.
• Work with employers and physicians to modify job duties to facilitate early return to work.
• Evaluate and modify case goals based on improvement and treatment effectiveness.
• Independently manage workload and prioritize cases.
• Attend injured worker appointments and prepare status updates for customers.
