Enlyte in Bakersfield, CA seeks a Field Case Manager (RN) for a full-time hybrid role. You will coordinate care with physicians, employers, and injured workers to create and implement treatment plans that return to work safely.

The position requires an active RN license, 2+ years clinic or workers’ compensation experience, and solid computer skills. Benefits include health coverage, PTO, equipment, mileage, and a bonus program; local travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, workers’ compensation experience a plus.
• Ability to advocate recommendations with physicians, employers, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement treatment plans with physicians, employers, and injured workers.
• Assist in returning workers to work safely and cost-effectively.
• Travel to in-person appointments within assigned geography.
• Prepare status updates and communicate progress to customers.
