Job summary

Enlyte is hiring a Field Case Manager in the Milwaukee area for a full-time, hybrid role with regular local travel (at least 60%). The position requires an active RN license and 2+ years of clinical practice, preferably with workers’ comp exposure.

You will partner with physicians, employers, and patients to create and implement effective treatment plans, aiming for maximum recovery and safe return to work. Competitive benefits and bonus opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates or Bachelor's in Nursing or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Skills: ability to advocate recommendations, work independently, proficient in basic office software.
• Certifications/Licenses: active RN license; URAC case management certs preferred; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans with physicians and employers.
• Assess recovery of injured workers and adjust goals as needed.
• Collaborate with providers to tailor plans to individual patients.
• Facilitate early return to work by adjusting job duties when possible.
• Attend appointments and prepare status updates for customers.
