Qualifications

• Education: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Skills: advocacy, independence, computer literacy (Excel/Word/Outlook); strong written communication.
• Certifications: Active RN license; URAC-recognized case management certifications.
• Travel: reliable transportation for in-person appointments within geography.
• Internet: reliable internet.
• Transportation: travel to in-person appointments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans using injury, medication, and job-duty knowledge.
• Interview injured workers for recovery assessment.
• Collaborate with physicians and employers to create tailored treatment plans.
• Modify job duties with employers to facilitate early return to work.
• Monitor progress and adjust case goals as needed.
• Manage workload and attend appointments as required.
