Enlyte in Greenville, NC is seeking a Field Case Manager to join our hybrid team. You will collaborate with treating physicians, employers, and patients to create and implement personalized treatment plans that return injured workers to work safely and cost‑effectively.

• RN license in good standing and 2+ years clinical practice preferred.
• URAC-recognised case management certifications (CCM/CDMS/CRC etc.) advantageous.
• Ability to advocate recommendations effectively with physicians, employers, and patients.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement treatment plans to return injured workers to work safely.
• Coordinate with treating physicians, employers, and patients for care delivery.
• Modify job duties with employers to facilitate early return to work.
• Prepare status updates and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Manage workload and prioritize cases to maximize outcomes.
