This full-time, hybrid role requires traveling to in-person appointments and collaborating with treating physicians, employers, and customers to ensure cost-effective and appropriate care. RN licensure and 2+ years of clinical experience are preferred. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing case-management training.

Qualifications

• RN license required and in good standing.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Ability to advocate recommendations effectively with physicians, employers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement treatment plans for injured/disabled individuals.
• Collaborate with treating physicians/providers to tailor recovery plans.
• Assist employers and physicians to modify job duties for early return to work.
• Monitor progress and adjust goals based on patient improvement and treatment effectiveness.
• Attend in-person appointments when required and provide status updates to customers.
• Manage workload independently and prioritize cases to optimize outcomes.
