Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager in the Winston‑Salem, NC area. You will collaborate with physicians, employers, and patients to build and implement treatment plans that support safe, cost‑effective return to work.

The role requires an RN license, 2+ years of clinical practice, and travel to local appointments. The position is full‑time and hybrid, offering a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and training in workers’ compensation case management.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years of clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Ability to advocate with physicians, employers, and customers; work independently.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook; strong written communication.
• RN license active and in good standing; URAC‑recognized case management certification options.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement treatment plans with physicians and employers.
• Advise on injury types, medications, and treatment options to support return‑to‑work.
• Interview injured workers to assess recovery and occupational factors.
• Collaborate with providers to tailor plans to individuals.
• Travel to attend in‑person appointments and monitor cases.
• Manage workload and provide status updates to customers.
