Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager in the Myrtle Beach, SC area for a full-time hybrid role requiring travel to in-person patient appointments. The candidate will collaborate with physicians, employers, and patients to design effective treatment plans, monitor progress, and support safe return-to-work.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license with 2+ years of clinical practice, and URAC-recognized case management certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years of clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Must travel to attend in-person appointments and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload independently and prioritize cases.
• Collaborate with treating physicians/providers to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Monitor patient recovery progress and adjust goals as needed.
• Facilitate early return-to-work by coordinating with employers and clinicians.
• Prepare status updates for customers and maintain accurate records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
