Homebase is seeking a Lead Revenue Operations Specialist for a hybrid role across Denver, Toronto, and Houston. You’ll own major RevOps initiatives, guide cross-functional projects, and drive intelligent automation within our GTM stack to scale with speed and precision.

The role emphasizes Salesforce design, data-driven forecasting, and AI-enabled process improvements while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations or related GTM operations role.
• Strong Salesforce expertise; able to design scalable processes and automation.
• Familiarity with GTM tools and how they connect with the broader tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Salesforce adoption, design, automation, and scalable integrations.
• Lead the GTM tech stack administration and build scalable connections between systems.
• Design processes and frameworks supporting forecasting, planning, and performance management.
• Scope and lead cross-functional RevOps projects with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Finance.
• Drive data visibility and reporting with business leaders.
• Coach GTM stakeholders on AI-enabled workflows and improve funnel strategies.
