HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology across HDR’s Resources Business Group (Power, Waste, and Industrial Market Sectors).

This hybrid leadership role combines program management leadership, service delivery technology leadership, and technical project execution to align strategy, people, and tools across HDR’s global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level professional, architecture/engineering field preferred.
• Professional registration in engineering or related field a plus.
• Experience leading diverse teams and interfacing with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of program management services within HDR’s Resources group.
• Lead technology integration and service delivery across multiple market Sectors.
• Shape strategic plan for program management over 3–5 years and represent HDR in industry engagement.
