HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology across HDR’s Resources Business Group (Power, Waste, and Industrial Market Sectors). This hybrid leadership role blends program management leadership, service delivery technology, and technical project execution.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in professional, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in related field.
- Professional registration in engineering and related technical experience.
- Experience leading diverse teams and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and coordination for program management services within HDR's Resources Business Group.
- Lead technology integration and strategic direction for the Resources Business Group.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for program management over 3–5 years.
- Represent HDR as an industry thought leader and promote unified PM practice.
- Monitor KPIs and staff development.
