Reside Living LLC in Chicago, IL is seeking a Central Renewal & Leasing Specialist to support renewal and lead management across a 3,000-apartment portfolio. The role is hybrid (3+ days remote) with strong emphasis on renewal conversations and lease administration.

You will manage renewal negotiations, lease generation, and notices to vacate while coordinating with property managers to maximize revenue and occupancy. Training is available for the right candidate.

Competenze

• Experience in multifamily property management operations (3+ years).
• Experience managing renewal processes for 250+ units (1 year+).
• Knowledge of Yardi and yield management preferred.

Mansioni

• Renewals: single point of contact for renewal conversations with residents.
• Outbound/inbound communications during the renewal process.
• Explain renewal rent increases and negotiate when necessary.
• Coordinate with Property Managers on site-level information to renew more residents.
• Prepare and send renewal leases and follow up until signed.
• Process Notice to Vacate information into the system (Yardi).
• Provide feedback weekly to improve renewal and lead management processes.
• Handle initial lead responses and schedule tours when needed.
